Adults: If you are registering as an individual (not as part of a parish choir), please make your check payable in the amount of $35.00 (includes registration, music packet, and shipping) and mail to the Office for Divine Worship, 1800 N. Hermitage, Chicago, Il 60622.  Music will be mailed to you prior to the first regional rehearsal.

For Participants under the age of 18: Children and Teens MUST register as part of an established choir. Chaperones must attend rehearsals and the festival with the child or teen in their care.
