LATE REGISTRATION

Mailing early avoids the disappointment of being closed out of any program. Any registration postmarked or phoned in after the registration deadline will be accepted if there is space available. However, most programs will charge a late registration fee. Please note this information on the individual program brochures.

CANCELLATIONS

ODW may be forced to cancel programs due to lack of registrations, whereby full refunds will be given. If you must cancel your registration, a full refund will be given if notice is received up to two (2) business days before the program date unless otherwise indicated. A processing fee may be withheld according to specific program instructions.

PHONE REGISTRATIONS

Unpaid phone registrants who fail to attend a given program without notice of cancellation will be billed for a processing fee as well as any lunch or hospitality costs.
